THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Solutions Architect who can effectively translate ambitious business objectives into practical, scalable technology strategies. In this role, you will collaborate with executives, product teams, engineering, and operations to develop roadmaps, streamline complexity, and accelerate delivery within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Collaborate with business leaders to define target-state capabilities, value streams, and KPIs; convert these insights into actionable technology roadmaps.
Oversee current-state and future-state architecture across applications, data, integration, and infrastructure; identify gaps and optimize the technology portfolio.
Establish lean architecture guardrails to facilitate rapid, safe changes: develop reference architectures, patterns, and fast-track review processes.
Drive modernization efforts using cloud-first/platform strategies, microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, and automation techniques.
Lead the integration strategy encompassing API management, event streaming, and messaging to enable reusable services and accelerate product delivery.
Align data strategy (data platforms, analytics, governance, MDM) with business outcomes and leverage AI/ML opportunities.
Integrate security, privacy, and resilience into design (zero trust, IAM, encryption, DR, compliance) without hindering business agility.
Collaborate with finance to build investment cases and track value, including TCO/ROI, OKRs, and benefit realization.
Mentor solution architects and engineering teams to elevate architectural practices and enhance technical decision-making quality.
Facilitate architecture forums and simplify complex concepts for both executive and non-technical audiences.
Measure and mitigate technical debt; establish standards for observability, reliability, and performance at scale.
Influence vendor decisions regarding build/buy/partner strategies; negotiate for flexibility, interoperability, and cost efficiency.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE B.S. degree in computer science or a related field.
8+ years of experience in architecture roles (enterprise, data, platform, software, or solution) within agile environments.
Comprehensive expertise in cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, APIs, CI/CD, containers/Kubernetes, event streaming (e.g., Kafka), and integration patterns.
Outstanding influencing and storytelling skills; ability to align executives and engineers around pragmatic solutions.
Security-first mindset; familiarity with frameworks and controls (e.g., zero trust, IAM, SOC 2, GDPR).
Proficient in Agile/Lean methodologies and product/platform operating models (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar).
PAY TRANSPARENCY The estimated base pay range for this position is $131,000.00-$183,500.00. Eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based on performance and other factors. Actual compensation may vary based on skill, experience, and/or education.
