This internship with the Chipotle Business Development team is a fantastic way to support our international growth into new markets. You'll take on high-impact projects that blend strategic thinking, creativity, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research:
Analyze local trends, price sensitivity, and cultural nuances to enhance brand perception and messaging. Competitive Landscape Analysis:
Identify key competitors in the fast-casual sector and assess their strategies. Digital & Social Review:
Explore avenues for building local relevance in international markets through social media engagement and influencer culture. Localization Assessment:
Review brand pillars to determine localization needs and potential cultural sensitivities. Go-to-Market Recommendations:
Convert insights into actionable strategies for market launches, including marketing timelines. Presentation:
Develop engaging presentations and reports to share findings and strategies with senior management. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a business program at a top university. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation capabilities. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a collaborative team setting. International experience in any form is beneficial. Interest in the restaurant or food industry is a plus. A passion for Chipotle is essential. PAY TRANSPARENCY The pay rate is $25 per hour, based on skills, experience, and education levels. Compensation will also comply with local wage laws.
