Director of Annual Giving
to join our team and lead a transformative initiative in the institution's philanthropic landscape. In this essential role, you will guide and inspire a dedicated team to engage alumni, families, and friends in developing meaningful and lasting philanthropic relationships. Your efforts will be crucial in telling the unique philanthropic story of our institution, highlighting the values that make us extraordinary. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and expand a comprehensive annual giving program, aiming to unify and strategically align various areas to enhance donor participation, retention, and pipeline development. You should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in annual giving, donor engagement, or development, preferably in a higher education or complex nonprofit environment. We seek a leader with a deep understanding of donor behavior, digital fundraising, and volunteer engagement, coupled with a proven track record in designing and scaling impactful fundraising programs.
