The Company is seeking a Director of Talent Strategy to join their dynamic and purpose-driven organization. This senior leadership role is crucial in overseeing the entire talent management process, including talent acquisition, learning and development, organizational growth, and effective workforce planning. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build and lead a small, focused team while actively participating in transformational initiatives.
The ideal candidate will adopt a 'player/coach' mindset, bringing a strong background in life sciences, especially in FDA-regulated environments. International and global experience is essential, along with expertise in working across different cultures. Candidates should have a robust track record in talent and HR business partnering, encompassing all facets of talent management such as organizational development, coaching, performance management, succession planning, and learning and development.
Experience in spearheading transformation, driving change, and fostering innovation on a global scale is also crucial. The Director of Talent Strategy will work closely with R&D teams and will be skilled in engaging with scientific employee groups. This position requires an action-oriented leader who is not only capable of mentoring and building a team but also willing to roll up their sleeves and lead by example in a hands-on manner.
