About the Role
The Company is looking for an exceptional Director of Talent Management to join a dynamic and purpose-driven organization. This senior leadership position is crucial in managing the complete range of talent-related functions, including talent acquisition, learning and development, organizational development, and strategic workforce planning. The successful candidate will build and lead a focused, centralized team and will actively engage in transformational initiatives. A hands-on approach is essential, as is the capacity to connect with senior stakeholders and employees across all levels.
The ideal candidate will be a 'player/coach' with a robust background in life sciences, especially within FDA-regulated environments. Experience in international and global settings, along with cross-cultural expertise, is a must. We seek someone with a proven history in talent management and HR business partnering, possessing deep knowledge in areas such as organizational development, coaching, performance management, succession planning, and learning and development. Demonstrated experience in driving transformation, change, and innovation on a global scale is also crucial. You will work closely with R&D teams and must be adept at engaging with scientific employee groups. This role demands an action-oriented leader who can mentor and build a capable team while also being ready to lead by example.
