Senior Director, CFO Services , you will: Hypothesis / Scope Development Engage with Private Equity and client executive teams to facilitate comprehensive information gathering. Assess organizational challenges and recommend actionable paths forward. Critique analyses to ensure they are thorough, accurate, and grounded in data. Uncover gaps in analyses that hinder the connection between recommendations and tangible results. Utilize industry knowledge to pinpoint key business drivers and issues. Understand value creation sources and drivers specific to both the industry and company. Project Management and Implementation Develop and independently manage complex business improvement plans. Lead initiatives focused on Private Equity, including interim management roles, liquidity management, business transformation, and performance improvement. Manage client relationships and expectations while identifying and addressing risks. Secure buy-in from senior management and board members for critical implementation plans. Proactively anticipate obstacles, reassessing issues as plans evolve. Identify accounting and finance weaknesses and propose path forward remedies. Leadership Leverage industry expertise to formulate and deliver creative solutions. Take ownership of client relationships and team outcomes. Instill urgency in addressing critical client issues. Provide appropriate resources, eliminating barriers to project success. Financial Acumen Bring extensive experience in a CFO role with a proven impact on business value. Demonstrate expertise in controllership, finance, and accounting advisory services. Accreditation / Experience A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in relevant fields such as accounting, finance, or economics is preferred. Over 12 years of experience in accounting, finance, financial due diligence, restructuring, investment banking, or private equity. Previous experience as a CFO in Private Equity-backed portfolio companies is preferred. Proven track record in delivering complex projects and leading comprehensive performance improvement initiatives. Proficient in financial modeling, data analytics, and effective presentations. CPA, CFA, MBA, or a master's degree is preferred but not required. The salary range for this position is $175,000-$275,000 per year, depending on factors such as education, experience, skills, and location. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program based on both individual and company performance.
