Director of Solution Consulting
to lead a dynamic team of solution consultants focused on enterprise performance management (EPM) software. This key role will enhance our pre-sales efforts, ensuring a strong alignment between technical capabilities and business value while supporting enterprise sales across global markets. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of skilled solution consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations. Pre-Sales Strategy & Execution:
Partner with sales leadership to craft and implement successful go-to-market strategies. Oversee the delivery of compelling product demonstrations, RFP responses, and proof-of-concepts that resonate with customer pain points and industry trends. Customer Engagement:
Act as a trusted advisor for C-level executives and finance leaders, translating complex financial reporting/EPM requirements into customized software solutions. Support strategic accounts and high-value opportunities with executive presence. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Professional Services to ensure effective feedback loops and solution alignment, while influencing the product roadmap based on market trends and customer feedback. Operational Excellence:
Monitor and report key performance metrics (win rates, demo quality, utilization) and enhance pre-sales processes and tools for improved efficiency and scalability. Skills: Minimum 5+ years' experience with EPM solutions such as CCH Tagetik, OneStream, SAP BPC, Oracle HFM, Anaplan, or Board; or background in ERP solutions from SAP or Oracle. Minimum 3+ years' experience in Pre-Sales leadership. Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Advanced interpersonal and presentation abilities with persuasive communication.
