Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced

Salesforce Solution Architect

with strong expertise in

Solutioning, Salesforce Architecture, Data Cloud, and Presales . This is a

client-facing leadership role

responsible for driving Salesforce consulting engagements from

pre-sales through solution delivery , while mentoring teams and contributing to the growth of the Salesforce practice.

The ideal candidate will have

hands-on, real-time experience

in Salesforce solution architecture and Data Cloud, clearly reflected in

project details on the resume (not just the summary) .

Key Responsibilities: Lead Salesforce solution architecture from

concept through execution , ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions Drive

pre-sales activities , including solution design, client workshops, and proposal support Translate business requirements into

meaningful, user-centric Salesforce solutions Define experience concepts based on user needs, tasks, and goals Lead and participate in

user research, concept validation, and usability testing Act as a liaison between clients, technical teams, and executive stakeholders Implement and deploy

Salesforce AppExchange products Train and support teams on Salesforce configuration (fields, pages, workflows, approvals, automation) Partner with Sales teams to

win new consulting engagements Collaborate with Delivery teams during sales cycles to ensure alignment Develop and drive

go-to-market Salesforce offerings Contribute to growth strategies for existing and new customers (US & International) Work with Marketing teams on campaigns to build Salesforce brand visibility and lead generation Mentor and support Salesforce practice leadership and team members Provide regular status updates and reporting to senior management Support recruitment and retention initiatives for the Salesforce practice Must-Have Skills & Experience:

Solutioning:

5+ years Salesforce Architecture:

5+ years Salesforce Data Cloud:

5+ years Presales Experience:

5+ years Hands-on,

real-time Salesforce solution architecture and Data Cloud experience Presales experience

must be clearly documented in project details Client-facing experience is mandatory Agentforce:

Conceptual understanding or exposure is sufficient Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proven job stability (mandatory requirement) Nice to Have:

Experience mentoring or building Salesforce teams Industry exposure across Manufacturing, Financial Services, Media, Retail, or similar verticals Experience defining and selling Salesforce consulting offerings Work Model:

Hybrid role -
