Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Affiliate Growth to lead performance and growth across our affiliate sales channel. This role is responsible for increasing revenue, improving conversion rates, and driving overall sales performance for affiliates who promote our debt resolution legal services. The ideal candidate is strategic, highly analytical, and proven in successfully improving sales results in a compliant and highly regulated environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prospect, pitch, and present Legacy's consumer rights and debt relief programs to potential affiliates, clearly articulating the business value and partnership benefits. Negotiate and execute affiliate contracts, ensuring all agreements align with company Partner with sales teams and affiliate operations to ensure a smooth transition for sales floors converting to full affiliate partnerships. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, legal, and operations teams to align strategy, share insights, and improve the affiliate experience. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets. Analyze pipeline, conversion rates, and key revenue metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Build scalable processes and best practices to increase productivity, efficiency, and results. Lead quarterly business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and sales forecasting. Strong understanding of commission structures and the ability to clearly explain compensation plans, performance metrics, and incentive alignment to sales teams and partners. Stay current on industry trends, competitive movements, and legal changes affecting the debt relief space. Willingness to travel up to 20%. Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred At least two (2) to ten (10) years of industry experience in debt resolution, consolidation, or credit repair Deep understanding of affiliate ecosystems Proven ability to build, scale, and optimize affiliate programs Strong knowledge of tracking, attribution models, and conversion optimization Strong data analysis and reporting skills Cross-Functional leadership with Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product and Sales High level negotiation skills Ability to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationship Compensation and Benefits
