The Scaled Operations organization at Meta is committed to revolutionizing global human operations to enhance our company objectives. As we integrate AI into our operational processes, we are looking for an experienced AI Automation Solutions Architect to lead transformative programs that will redefine how we operate within Scaled Operations. This role focuses on high-priority opportunities identified by our leadership, aimed at automating processes to achieve remarkable efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, map, and redesign operational workflows to uncover pain points and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
Collaborate with process owners and cross-functional teams to optimize processes and achieve successful automation outcomes.
Architect comprehensive automation solutions ensuring technical scalability, robustness, and compliance with Meta's standards.
Manage complex projects, including gathering requirements, managing timelines, and overseeing deliverables.
Implement effective change management, creating and executing strategies to support teams through the transitions resulting from automation.
Drive engagement among product managers, engineers, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver impactful automation solutions.
Communicate technical concepts and project updates clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Stay updated on AI/ML advancements and experiment with new tools and methods to promote innovation and continuous improvement.
Develop playbooks, reusable templates, and best practices to scale successful automations across Scaled Operations.
Manage relationships with contract workers or vendors to support technical design development and implementation.
Track, analyze, and report on key metrics and the business impact of automation initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
12+ years of experience in systems architecture and solution design.
8+ years of experience in process analysis or business operations.
Experience with AI/ML or automation projects, including end-to-end solution delivery.
Expertise in API integration and automation frameworks.
Proven skills in program management, particularly with complex projects and cross-functional deliverables.
Strong communication skills to discuss technical topics effectively.
Experience in supporting change management with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Meta's internal tools and platforms.
Understanding of Scaled Operations processes and FTE workflows.
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
Experience in developing playbooks, reusable templates, and best practices for scalable automation.
Compensation:
$182,000/year to $255,000/year plus bonuses, equity, and benefits.
