Our client is currently seeking a Solution Architect - Salesforce Modernization

About the Project

You will serve as the lead architect driving the modernization of core veteran facing services. This program centers on leveraging Salesforce as the digital platform for transformation. Key focus areas include: • Automating loan servicing processes and modernizing call center capabilities. • Integrating Salesforce and other SaaS platforms with legacy on premises systems. • Defining end to end solution architectures, integration patterns, and technical guardrails for delivery teams.

Responsibilities • Lead enterprise solution architecture for a multi year modernization initiative. • Design scalable, secure, and compliant solutions across Salesforce, API layers, and hybrid environments. • Partner with business stakeholders to translate objectives into actionable technical roadmaps. • Guide engineering and delivery teams through design reviews, implementation decisions, and release planning. • Maintain architecture documentation including process flows, decision records, state diagrams, and integration specifications. • Define interoperability standards and integration patterns across internal systems and vendor platforms.

Minimum Qualifications • 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise applications and systems integration, including 3+ years in a lead architecture role. • 4+ years designing solutions across Salesforce/CRM platforms, APIs, SaaS, and hybrid/on prem systems. • 4+ years collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into technical plans. • 4+ years guiding delivery teams through architecture implementation, design reviews, and solution releases.

Preferred Qualifications • 4+ years maintaining architecture artifacts such as architectural flows, ADRs, and system interaction diagrams. • 4+ years establishing integration patterns and managing cross vendor interoperability in complex environments.
