Key Responsibilities
• Shape overall strategy for solution architecture while aligning architecture with business needs
• Partner with product lead engineer and technical architect regularly to ensure implementations are aligned to architecture design
• Work with product group engineer to identify platform opportunities
• Provides technical consultation on various aspects of SF Service Cloud/CRM Projects based on business requirements
• Responsible for designing/architecting the solution and POC with the help of development
• Validates solution components and provides solution walkthrough with business
Here is what we are looking for: • Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce professional experience • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills • bility to converse with technical and non-technical audiences • Certified as a Salesforce Architect - Data / System / Application / Integration • bility to lead engagements and discussions on technical design • bility to demonstrate architecture design concepts • bility to document solution design and provide blueprints for developers to follow
