As our new Director, you will lead a passionate team dedicated to operational excellence, sales growth, and impactful community partnerships. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual who has a strong background in operations, sales, or general management, particularly within the food systems, logistics, or distribution sectors. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading and mentoring a diverse team to ensure efficient operations across our regional logistics network. Developing and executing innovative regional sales strategies. Managing the Chapter's P&L, driving continuous improvement in efficiency, accuracy, and safety. Advocating for regional food systems and serving as a thought leader in the community. The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of relevant experience, exceptional relationship management skills, and a results-oriented, collaborative approach.
