As our new Director, you will guide a dedicated team focused on operational excellence, sales growth, and meaningful community partnerships. We seek a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual with a strong background in operations, sales, or general management, ideally within food systems, logistics, or distribution. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading and mentoring a diverse team to ensure seamless operations throughout our logistics network. Creating and implementing innovative sales strategies to drive regional growth. Overseeing the Chapter's P&L, promoting continuous improvement in operational efficiency, accuracy, and safety. Championing regional food systems and serving as a thought leader within the community. The ideal candidate will possess 7-10+ years of relevant experience, strong relationship management skills, and a results-oriented, collaborative approach.
