Your Role
As a Lead Client Engagement Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional success and satisfaction for clients referred to us through our partnership with Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs). Your focus will be on delivering an unparalleled client experience. Responsibilities include:
Providing personalized, white-glove service to select the right Tax Advisor for each client.
Leading reporting and tracking for client return completions.
Hosting training sessions to equip Tax Advisors and Client Service Professionals (CSPs) with the skills needed to meet client service expectations.
Building relationships with wealth managers to enhance the client experience.
Onboarding new RIA referred clients ensuring thorough and timely processes to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in financial services or Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) business.
Familiarity with H&R Block's tax training resources.
Tax expertise is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in Karbon or similar accounting software.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Foster direct referrals through engaging interactions with financial advisors. Tax Planning & Consultations:
Act as a contact for financial advisor inquiries and manage consultations. Return Tracking:
Ensure timely and accurate status updates and service level agreement compliance. Your Expertise: Professional maturity and discretion in handling sensitive client information. Strong customer service experience with excellent communication skills. Familiarity with Block systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Training and presentation skills to effectively share knowledge and model superior service. Multi-unit leadership experience in both in-person and virtual settings. Exceptional analytical abilities and time management skills. A high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Why Join Us?
