About the Role We are seeking a skilled Director of Product for Data and AI Platforms. This strategic senior leadership position is crucial in steering the vision and execution of enterprise-level data and AI platforms, with an emphasis on real-time and batch processing, analytics, and generative AI capabilities. You will play a key role in defining the long-term product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives, and guiding a team of product managers to deliver impactful, scalable solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the development of cutting-edge generative AI capabilities. Managing a portfolio of innovative data products. Fostering collaboration across engineering, data science, analytics, and infrastructure teams. Driving product marketing initiatives and leading internal adoption efforts. Emphasizing continuous improvement through performance tracking and adapting to industry trends. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. A proven track record in developing and scaling data or AI platform products, particularly in a cloud-native environment, is essential. Candidates should have a deep understanding of modern data technologies, including streaming and batch pipelines, data lakes, and analytical stores, as well as familiarity with generative AI models and direct experience with public cloud platforms. Strong collaboration skills, the ability to manage multiple product roadmaps, and exceptional communication abilities, especially in conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, are vital for success in this role.
