This pivotal leadership position will guide the strategy and execution of our enterprise-grade data and AI platforms. Focused on real-time analytics, batch processing, and generative AI capabilities, your expertise will be key in crafting scalable solutions that redefine success. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Define a long-term vision and product roadmap that aligns with company objectives. Oversee the development of innovative generative AI capabilities. Manage a diverse range of data products, ensuring their success in the market. Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, analytics, and infrastructure teams to drive project outcomes. Lead team initiatives while focusing on effective product marketing and fostering internal adoption. Promote continuous improvement by analyzing performance metrics and industry trends. The ideal candidate will possess: At least 7 years of product management experience, including 3 years in a leadership capacity. A proven record of building and scaling data or AI platforms, preferably in cloud-native environments. A deep understanding of modern data technologies such as streaming and batch pipelines, data lakes, and analytical stores. Experience with generative AI models and public cloud platforms. To thrive in this role, you must demonstrate strong collaboration skills, the ability to manage multiple product roadmaps, and exceptional communication skills, especially in translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Additional experience in product marketing, internal adoption strategies, and compliance governance is a valuable asset.
