Your ability to identify business challenges and translate them into actionable requirements will be key to aligning data with user journeys.
Responsibilities
Utilize your knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud, particularly the Real Time Customer Data Platform (CDP).
Excel in integrating diverse technologies to precisely meet customer requirements while leveraging Acxiom's capabilities.
Recognize and address the specific business challenges faced by clients, translating these into comprehensive business requirements that connect data with user experiences.
Conduct workshops and meetings to oversee and manage customer expectations and project scope, fostering clarity and alignment throughout the process.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive projects towards successful completion.
Anticipate potential challenges and proactively advocate solutions for effective integration with customer data platforms, addressing end-to-end use cases.
Architect and present proof of concepts, effectively illustrating solutions or concepts as needed.
Guide the team through the implementation process, addressing challenges and ensuring the delivery of the promised vision.
Establish and maintain solution standards, processes, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence.
Leverage your understanding of software development lifecycles to design and implement change management strategies relevant to your solutions.
Use your SQL skills to conduct data readiness assessments, ensuring seamless integration and functionality for clients.
Organize and lead workshops that guide clients in crystallizing their vision, strategic goals, and collaborative architectural efforts.
Train end users on the designed solutions to ensure optimal utilization and understanding.
Promote Acxiom's CDP services, demonstrating thought leadership and participating in partner conferences to enhance growth and awareness.
What You Will Need:
A minimum of ten years of relevant experience in architecture, along with a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field; a Master’s degree or an equivalent combination of experience is preferred.
Experience in notable consulting firms such as Sapient, Accenture, or Deloitte is advantageous.
Proven client experience with Adobe RTCDP and Customer Journey Orchestration.
Relevant certifications in Adobe marketing platforms, including RTCDP and Customer Journey Analytics, are desirable.
