Key Responsibilities: Utilize your proficiency in Adobe Marketing Cloud, focusing on the Real Time Customer Data Platform (CDP). Excel in integrating various technologies to meet client requirements while leveraging Acxiom's cutting-edge capabilities. Understand and resolve the specific business challenges faced by our clients, translating these into comprehensive business requirements that enhance user experiences. Conduct engaging workshops and meetings to manage customer expectations and project scope, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the process. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to successfully drive projects to completion. Proactively anticipate challenges and advocate for effective solutions that facilitate integration with customer data platforms, addressing end-to-end use cases. Architect and present compelling proofs of concept that effectively illustrate innovative solutions. Guide the team through implementation, addressing challenges to ensure the delivery of the envisioned outcomes. Establish and uphold solution standards, processes, policies, and procedures to ensure excellence and consistency. Leverage your understanding of software development lifecycles to design and implement effective change management strategies relevant to your solutions. Utilize your SQL skills to conduct thorough data readiness assessments, ensuring seamless integration and functionality for clients. Lead workshops designed to help clients articulate their vision and strategic goals, fostering collaborative architectural efforts. Train end users on the implemented solutions to ensure optimal utilization and understanding. Promote Acxiom's CDP services, demonstrating thought leadership and participating in partner conferences to enhance growth and awareness. What You Will Need: A minimum of ten years of relevant experience in architecture, along with a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field; a Master's degree or an equivalent combination of experience is preferred. Experience with leading consulting firms such as Sapient, Accenture, or Deloitte is advantageous. Proven client experience with Adobe RTCDP and Customer Journey Orchestration. Relevant certifications in Adobe marketing platforms, including RTCDP and Customer Journey Analytics, are desirable.
