Job Summary We are hiring a Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) to provide operational support, business coaching, and performance analysis to franchise owners of Heights Wellness Retreat and Massage Heights. The FBC will work closely with franchisees to improve results and ensure brand standards are met.
Responsibilities · Partner with franchisees to review business performance and identify opportunities.
· Provide coaching in operations, staffing, training, marketing, and guest experience.
· Review financial performance and recommend improvements.
· Conduct site visits to ensure compliance and guest experience standards.
· Provide coaching to help franchisees reach growth and profitability goals.
· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver resources and best practices.
Qualifications · 3+ years in franchise operations, multi-unit management, or consulting.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret P&Ls and KPIs.
· Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
· Experience in membership-driven wellness and/or fitness industries.
· Willingness to travel throughout the United Sates regularly (up to 50% of time).
