About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Operations to lead the enhancement of our operational strategies across our restaurant network. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality products and delightful guest experiences. You will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, from production to service, and you will develop and implement operational standards that promote consistency and excellence.
Spearheading growth in event and community sales is a key aspect of this role. You'll build and nurture relationships with local organizations, overseeing the successful logistics and execution of events to maximize customer satisfaction.
To qualify, you must have a minimum of 8 years of operational leadership experience within the restaurant or hospitality sector, particularly in baked goods or specialty food concepts. Experience in event-driven sales and community initiatives is highly valued. We are looking for a leader with a proven history of team development, financial acumen, and a commitment to delivering world-class guest experiences.
You will collaborate closely with the executive team to identify and prioritize new growth opportunities, driving the scaling of operations and creating efficient systems to support multi-unit expansion.
