Overview We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing support of a Contract Compliance function leveraging SAP Ariba. This is a newly created role focused on engineering and operationalizing a process that ensures purchase orders (POs) are tightly linked to contracts, improving efficiency, visibility, and compliance across sourcing and procurement activities. This role will partner closely with the Procurement team, Contract Management team, and Enabling Capabilities teams to build a scalable, integrated solution that reduces manual effort and enhances reporting.
Key Responsibilities Process Design & Implementation Lead the development of a new contract compliance process from the ground up. Ensure all POs are systematically tied to contracts, reducing manual steps and improving auditability. Define and document workflows across sourcing, contracting, and procurement.
SAP Ariba Expertise Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP Ariba Contracts and Sourcing (Upstream) and Buying & Invoicing (Downstream). Configure and optimize Ariba modules to support contract compliance and procurement operations. Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow and system connectivity.
Supplier Master Management Design and maintain a robust Supplier Master structure that supports contract hierarchy and sourcing strategies. Ensure supplier data integrity and alignment with contract terms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with internal teams to align contract compliance goals with sourcing and procurement strategies. Act as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Reporting & Monitoring Develop dashboards and reports to monitor compliance, efficiency, and supplier performance. Provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve the process.
Required Qualifications Proven experience leading and implementing SAP Ariba contract compliance processes. Deep understanding of SAP Ariba Contracts, Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing modules. Experience designing and supporting Supplier Master data structures. Strong background in sourcing and contracting processes, ideally in complex organizational environments. Demonstrated ability to engineer new processes, drive adoption, and support day-to-day operations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
