Sales Representative

Seeking a motivated Sales Representative to own a Washington, DC to Boston territory. The role will start in the Plastic/Implant division and is expected to expand into the Burns division in the coming months but holistically cover both. The ideal candidate builds trust with clinicians, consistently grows accounts, and represents products with integrity and professionalism. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory sales plan for Washington, DC through Boston Prospect, qualify, and close new business while growing existing accounts Promote and sell the company's plastic surgery and implant product lines, expanding to burn garments over time Build and maintain relationships with plastic surgeons, burn centers, physical therapy clinics, and hospital decision-makers Provide product education and clinical support to healthcare professionals Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic prospecting and account management Maintain accurate records in CRM and report on pipeline and performance metrics Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $50,000 annually Commission Structure: 6% uncapped commission on burn garments 15% uncapped commission on implants Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with 6% match after 1-year, paid time off, and more + company card for travel, etc. Targeted Start Date

Proven healthcare sales experience (medical devices, surgical products, or rehab solutions preferred) Ability to develop strong client relationships and drive revenue Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage a multi-state territory Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within territory Experience working with burn patients and/or a physical therapy background Familiarity with plastic surgery or implant product lines
