Omni-Channel Execution: Lead the delivery of marketing assets across digital, social (FB, IG, X), email, mobile, print, and web, ensuring all work is on-brand and meets legal/technical requirements.
Risk Mitigation: Anticipate and track project risks, dependencies, and change requests. Navigate the team through ambiguity and resolve conflicts or barriers to progress.
Stakeholder Management: Facilitate project meetings, provide detailed status updates to leadership, and ensure decision-making adherence across cross-functional teams.
Process Innovation: Utilize "Workfront" daily for resource tracking and documentation, while applying creative problem-solving and non-traditional methods to optimize workflows.
Strategic Partnership: Act as a thought partner to ensure project outcomes align with business value, cost-effectiveness, and overarching strategic goals.
Candidate Requirements Must-Have Qualifications:
Project Management Expertise: Proven track record of managing complex project lifecycles from scoping to delivery.

Experience with Vendor Marketing or Retail Media Networks.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Essential Soft Skills:
Project Leadership: Ability to motivate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Communication Hub: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strategic & Operational Thought Partner: Ability to see the "big picture" while managing the fine details.
