Senior Email Producer
is a subject-matter expert responsible for the end-to-end production, quality, and optimization of email marketing campaigns across GCC brands. This role owns complex builds, advanced personalization, and peer review standards while partnering closely with Campaign Development, Creative, Brand, and Product Marketing teams. The Senior Email Producer plays a critical role in ensuring high-volume campaign delivery with exceptional accuracy, brand consistency, and technical quality. This position reports to the Director of Email Operations and serves as a production lead and mentor within the email execution team. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Production & Execution: Own the end-to-end production of complex email campaigns, including HTML/CSS build, asset integration, dynamic content, testing, and deployment readiness within Adobe Campaign. Lead production of high-volume, multi-brand email campaigns each week, managing timelines from intake through final QA. Build and maintain modular, reusable email templates and components to support scalability and efficiency. Partner with Campaign Developers to ensure accurate integration of personalized data, targeting logic, and versioning requirements. Serve as a production lead for the Adobe Campaign V8 migration, supporting email content migration and setup within the V8 Email Builder authoring tool, including template conversion, component governance, and quality validation post-migration. Advanced Personalization & Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot complex rendering, data, and personalization issues across devices, inbox providers, and campaign variants. Ensure best practices for responsive design, accessibility, deliverability, and performance. Quality Control & Governance: Lead QA efforts, including peer reviews, test sends, and validation of content, tracking, and personalization logic. Serve as a final production checkpoint for high-risk or high-visibility campaigns. Enforce brand standards, coding standards, and production best practices across all email executions. Operational Leadership: Proactively flag risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in the email production process. Contribute to workflow optimization, documentation, and standard operating procedures. Mentor and support junior and mid-level Email Producers through coaching, reviews, and knowledge sharing. Support cross-functional planning by providing accurate effort estimates and production input Qualifications
5+ years
of experience in email or digital marketing production, preferably in a high-volume, multi-brand environment Advanced proficiency in HTML and inline CSS
for email development Deep experience with Adobe Campaign or another enterprise-level Email Service Platform Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop; Dreamweaver experience preferred Proven experience designing, coding, and maintaining scalable email templates and component libraries Strong understanding of deliverability, permission-based marketing, privacy, and spam regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR concepts) Advanced proficiency with Excel and comfort working with data-driven personalization Exceptional attention to detail with a demonstrated track record of high accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated leadership mindset with the ability to mentor, influence, and collaborate cross-functionally Total Rewards
The base salary range for this role is
$90,000-$95,000
annually for employees based in Boston, MA. Final compensation may vary and will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for an
