Communicate with Stakeholders by phone and/or email for Customer Services items.

Monitor customer orders and report any pricing errors.

Inform customers on shipments delay and/or other information required.

Collaborate with customers to establish procedures, guidelines and lead-times.

Process complaints, CAR (Corrective Action), returns and credits.

Address customer dissatisfaction by gathering feedback and implement improvements.

Initiate the creation of new material numbers necessary to process customer orders.

Research and collect sales history and/or other relevant data on a customer.

What You Bring:

Requires High School Diploma

2 years of experience in a customer service role

The salary range for this position is starting at $20.00/hr. - $22.00/hr.

The purpose of the Financial Representative is to meet the middle-income client needs for risk protection, financial security, and wealth creation by educating clients, analyzing needs, and recommending solutions in an ethical and client-focused manner. The Financial Representative provides financial solutions to the right people, in the right way, for the right reasons.\nResponsibilities

Identify market(s) and develop appropriate marketing plan.\nProspect and network for middle-market clients by identification of qualified names and making initial contacts.\nContact and secure appointments with prospective and existing clients for the purpose of sales, conservation and service.\nAdequately prepare for all appointments through established processes.\nConduct all appointments using Western & Southern Life consultative practices and processes.\nEffectively sell insurance and investment solutions.\nEffectively plan for and schedule all sales, marketing and service activities for the week and foreseeable future.\nMarket for the purposes of developing the Western & Southern Life brand at the local level.\nProactively develop community relationships to cultivate and strengthen presence in target market(s).\nMaintain personal contact with clients to ensure their evolving financial needs are being met.\nEngage in activities for continuous professional development of the skills and knowledge to effectively perform the duties of the job.\nAccurately maintain client and company records, payments, etc., in a timely manner.\nOperate an automobile during both day and night hours.\nQualifications

Job Overview\nThe Inside Sales Representative will be the primary contact for customers and assigned sales representatives, receiving orders and developing proposals for the aftermarket business. This position requires working proactively with the customer service team to meet service standards and reach sales goals.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Proposal development

Order entry, order status updates, and customer follow-up; assisting with customer order changes/returns; assisting order processing in providing complete information to process orders for entry; receiving, invoicing and shipping, including preparing international shipping documents

Ability to look up assembly drawings and bill of materials and identify parts

Answer inbound calls and assist or route calls as needed

Maintain cooperative working relationships with supervisors and other staff members

Maintain a collaborative, team environment with the other members of inside sales

Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns

Recognize and perform duties which need to be performed in an independent manner with little supervision

Be an active member in team huddles, project kick-off and other meetings as needed

Performs other duties as assigned

Required Skills And Experience

Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

1-2 years of experience in customer service

1-2 years of experience working in an office setting

Experience in an engineering and/or manufacturing industry

Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement

Ability to handle multiple tasks and demands

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage

Knowledge and ability to operate a computer and enter, format, and present data using software (Microsoft Office)

Ability to perform basic arithmetic math calculations

Individuals are expected to be able to lift and move boxes up to 51 pounds

Preferred Skills And Experience

College level credential such as AS, BS

3 or more years of previous order fulfillment management experience, preferably in the compressor or heavy machinery industry

Excellent time and priority management abilities

Knowledge of telephone switchboard activities such as hold, transferring

Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail

Strong writing skills, reading comprehension, and professionalism in email and phone communications

Acumatica or other ERP system experience
