Come find out for yourself what its like to be a part of our journey./ppWe offer attractive pay, flexible work options, comprehensive and employee-focused benefits including virtual healthcare and a wellness platform as well as great savings programs, and a clear vision for the future./ppWhat you can expect to do here:/ppGlobal Benefits Compensation Structure: Assess and document how Total Rewards is structured across all regions./ppIn collaboration with regional Total Rewards or HR representatives, as applicable, conduct global benefits comparison, detailing coverage and defining our current positioning against market standards./ppList individual compensation plans by country, including components payable beyond salary (e.g., car allowance, allowances)./ppPrepare and maintain a comprehensive overview of pension coverage, social security programs, life insurance, ADD, STD/LTD, and other key benefits./ppFrom these analyses, provide recommendations for global alignment, while taking into account local competitiveness or requirements./ppGlobal Approach to Program Communication and Management/ppEnsure alignment of communication and program requirements, especially for 2026 and beyond./ppAssess the adequacy of current support structures and identify opportunities for scaling Total Rewards programs/ppIdentify process improvement opportunities, including automation with our HR ERP./ppVendor Broker Management:/ppCompile and maintain a global list of brokers, specifying supported plans and associated costs./ppIdentify opportunities to consolidate vendors for benefits (Life, Insurance, other benefits) in each country, region or on a global scale./ppGlobal Program Management:/ppAs a key contributor to the Global Total Rewards group, take charge of the management, development and administration of one significant global program/ppFor this program, act as the global point of contact for all total rewards or HR contributors globally, ensure the annual communication, development and administration of the program/ppCollaborate with the Tech Insights team to ensure proper management of program in our HR ERP, and coordinate any metrics, as applicable/ppWhat youll bring to WSP:/ppBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred./ppProven experience in global Total Rewards management, including compensation, benefits, and vendor oversight./ppStrong analytical and project management skills with the ability to drive strategic initiatives./ppExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities./ppFamiliarity with international benefits, market benchmarking, and regulatory requirements./ppSuccess Factors:/ppAbility to think strategically and execute operationally across diverse geographies./ppDemonstrated expertise in aligning programs and communications globally./ppCapacity to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders./p/div
