Interact with all customers, including maintaining all customer paperwork.

Provide general and account information in regards to customer inquiries.

Interact with customers and surveyors regarding orders and product movements.

Accurately update/maintain the Galahad system. Input and confirm inbound/outbound movements, identify variances (gains and losses), run reports, and perform data entry (primarily numbers).

Complete month-end close to provide timely information to accounting for billing and to customers for their month-end close.

Respond to requests for product throughput analysis from various departments and customers.

Review daily customer truck rack activity data and distribute customer reports daily. Calculate daily customer inventories and respond to customer inquiries and requests.

Generate bills of lading for truck activity.

Operate scales weighing OTR trucks in and out utilizing AS400 system as well as Galahad system.

Provide general office duties, such as typing, filing, faxing, and mail sorting.

Ensure that all reports, records, and documentation are kept orderly and current.

Perform job in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements\nExperience and specific knowledge:

Intermediate computer skill; with above average skills in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, and fractions).

Knowledge of GALAHAD is desirable.

Interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communications skills are required.

Prepare, process, complete and review inbound receipts, work orders, outbound shipment release documents, scale tickets and reports for accuracy according to Kinder Morgan and customer requirements. Checking accuracy of entries and paperwork creation is part of normal responsibility.\nResponsibilities

Work with operations management to schedule work, in order to meet both the customers' expectations and operational considerations.\nResearch, prepare, and request inventory adjustments, lot adjustments, receipts and/or bill of lading revisions in the inventory system.\nEffectively communicate with customer, the status, discrepancies or any other needed information in order to have thorough knowledge of customer’s current on hand inventories, transfers and inbound and outbound orders via all transportation modes.\nIdentifies, analyzes, and resolves customer issues.\nPrepare/supply all needed daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual reports, as per Kinder Morgan and customer requirements.\nOperate scale, including creating, distributing and completing scale tickets.\nUnderstand Terminals Operating capabilities and processes.\nClosely interact with customer elected carriers, surveyors, etc., regarding orders and product movement.\nStrict adherence to security regulations and procedures as stated in the terminal's Facility Security Plan.\nAccurately update/maintain the Galahad Bulk inventory system as to reflect current activity and inventories.\nCompletes month-end-close to provide timely information to accounting for billing, and to customers for their month-end-close.\nProvide any required billing information to Accounts Payable.\nAssist Terminal Manager, Operations Manager, Operations Supervisor, and co-workers as needed.\nAttend daily, weekly, monthly safety meetings and mandatory safety stand-down meetings.\nOther duties as assigned\nRequirements

Associates degree preferred or general education degree (GED) considered. Prior experience in customer service, liquids terminal 3-5 year experience\nProficient in Microsoft applications (Explorer, Outlook, Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint ).\nGood organization and communication skills.\nCustomer orientated and able to work in a team environment. The incumbent interfaces extensively with terminal operations personnel, co-workers, customers, and regulatory personnel as required.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nInteract with all customers which include maintaining all customer paperwork.\nProvide general and account information in regards to customer inquiries.\nInteract with customers and surveyors, regarding orders and product movements.\nAccurately update/maintain the Galahad system. Input and confirm inbound/outbound movements, identify variances (gains and losses), run reports, a lot of data entry - mainly numbers.\nComplete month-end-close to provide timely information to accounting for billing, and to customer for their month-end-close.\nRespond to requests for product throughput analysis from various departments and customers.\nReview daily customer truck rack activity data and distribute customer reports daily.
