Lead Digital Product Manager
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to support the Servicing Operations L2 on the Merchant Services Business Transformation Team as part of Consumer Lending. In this role, you will: Perform complex analysis on a variety of Operations solutions for product/functionality/experience area Lead key components of the delivery of Operations solutions Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals, including across LOBs and at the enterprise Act as key participant in large-scale planning Influence decisions in voice strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements Influence/contribute to capability roadmap development (i.e., scoping & prioritization) Contribute to the design and delivery of appropriate controls, including finding opportunities to automate existing manual controls Influence/contribute to the development of key performance measures to judge effectiveness of internal platforms Contribute to the delivery of voice solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor Required Qualifications, US: 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Experience with Agile methodology of project delivery, including but not limited to intake and discovery/analysis of new work and work in progress within the backlog Experience with one or more Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as Confluence and/or Jira Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques to discern customer, technical, and process impacts Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important Knowledge and understanding of Merchant Services Experience deploying voice solutions (IVR) and performance measures Ability to proactively identify roadblocks and develop recommendations for unforeseen issues in production, change requests, etc. Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, product owners, technology, business analysis, or other internal partners Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision within a matrix environment Experience working with third party vendors Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and experience communicating and presenting information to senior leaders Job Expectations: Ability to travel up to 25% of the time Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening. This position offers a hybrid work schedule. Ability to provide and work from a home office. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
