Youll install and troubleshoot PC hardware, software, and peripherals while supporting major incidents and maintaining technical documentation. Youll partner closely with employees across the organization, delivering responsive, customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment./ph3A Sample of What Youll Do in This Role/h3ulliUtilize the ServiceNow ticketing system to log, distribute, and escalate all incoming requests following SOPs./liliProvide first-level assistance for incoming requests related to all IT systems./liliInstall and configure PC hardware, software, and peripherals./liliTrack major incidents to resolution while delivering timely and accurate mass communications./liliDevelop and maintain technical instruction sets and knowledge base articles./liliBuild and maintain quality relationships with internal and external customers./liliInstall and remove computer equipment, including occasional lifting, bending, and reaching./liliWork early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and travel or remain on call when necessary./liliComplete special projects and other duties as assigned by the Service Desk Manager./li/ulh3What You Bring to the Role/h3ulli02+ years of Help Desk, Call Center, Customer Service, or equivalent experience/liliProficiency using Windows or Mac computers/liliBasic understanding of software application support, preferably JD Edwards, Okta, and Office 365/liliAbility to type 40+ WPM/liliUnderstanding of ITIL-based practices and experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM software/liliBasic knowledge of computer networking, Active Directory, A/V, telephony, and other electronics/liliAbility to install, configure, and troubleshoot PC hardware, software, and peripherals/liliHigh school diploma or equivalent/li/ulh3What Makes You a Great Fit/h3ulliYou listen actively and empathize with customers to understand their needs./liliYou communicate clearly with excellent written and verbal skills./liliYou work effectively in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining strong communication with others./liliYou demonstrate initiative by asking questions and quickly learning new systems and environments./liliYou stay organized and handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail./liliYou can prioritize work based on goals with minimal supervision./li/ulh3Compensation and Benefits/h3ulliThe base compensation for this position ranges from $24.09 to $32.11 per hour.
