Job Summary This location includes multi-units within the complex - Spokane Convention Center, First Interstate Center for the Arts, The Podium, One Spokane Stadium & Numerica Veterans Arena Step into a leadership role where people strategy meets operational excellence. The Director of HR will lead human resources initiatives that will support a diverse workforce, strengthen compliance, and elevate the employee experience across the venue. This role will drive strategic HR programs while partnering closely with venue leadership to support business goals.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 7 years of progressive human resources leadership experience

In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws

Experience overseeing employee relations, compliance, and talent management programs

Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications

Key Responsibilities: Lead human resources strategy and operations for the venue

Oversee employee relations, performance management, and compliance efforts

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives

Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
