Job Summary The Director of Hospitality & Experience is the steward of premium service and elevated guest experiences at Spectrum Center. This leader sets the standard for how hospitality is delivered across all premium environments, ensuring every interaction is intentional, seamless, and memorable.

This role blends operational excellence with service culture, overseeing premium event execution, VIP experiences, and hospitality teams while partnering across the organization to deliver best-in-class experiences that drive loyalty, revenue, and brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute all premium hospitality and guest experiences Establish, train, and uphold elevated service standards and SOPs across premium outlets Own the end-to-end VIP and premium guest journey, consistently exceeding expectations Oversee premium event operations, budgets, and operational performance Curate and enhance premium products and experiences aligned with brand standards Ensure compliance with all food & beverage, safety, and service requirements Partner with Culinary, Sales, Catering, Concessions, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver seamless experiences Coach and develop hospitality leaders while driving a strong service culture Leverage guest feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred 7+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, premium events, or large-scale venue operations Proven success delivering elevated guest experiences and managing high-touch service environments Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, service standards, and regulatory compliance Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and operational performance Proficiency with event operations systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence cross-functional partners, and build a strong service culture Passion for hospitality, guest connection, and continuous improvement Curious about Life at Levy?
