Role Summary

The Neuropsych Sales Specialist is a strategic, results-driven professional responsible for significant sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions. The role requires deep knowledge of account-based selling, strong relationship-building with total office teams, and collaboration across functions to support initiatives. The candidate will identify opportunities, tailor solutions, and manage territory resources to meet or exceed targets. Responsibilities

Build rapport and relationships with regional team members and key external contacts (e.g., HCPs and office staff) at all levels, recognizing needs and taking appropriate action Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing of products to current and potential customers Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote products and provide product and patient education Strategically manage and grow key accounts by tailoring solutions to meet their needs and leveraging insights to drive differentiation and achieve sales targets Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and allocate promotional funds Address external market challenges while fostering collaboration with internal teams to drive cohesive sales strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate diverse expertise and achieve shared objectives Maintain call activity with healthcare providers focusing on top target customers Apply problem-solving techniques to improve performance in the geographical assignment Adhere to all Teva compliance policies and guidelines Achieve sales performance goals and complete administrative duties for the territory Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field At least 1 year of full-time, documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience strongly preferred Skills

Proven record of accomplishment in the target market toward meeting objectives Interpersonal skills including active listening, empathy, open communication, inclusivity, and receptiveness to feedback Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to interact with HCPs in person and virtually; proficient with technology Knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing (preferred) New product launch experience (preferred) Broad therapeutic area experience (preferred) Ability to pass background, motor, and drug screening Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record Education

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in related field Additional Requirements

Regular travel, which may include air travel and weekend or overnight travel
