Overview

Inside Sales Coordinator role that supports the JFW Commercial Sales Team with administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth delivery of products to customers. Pay: $18-$20 per hour, based on experience. Hours: 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri. Location: 10759 Hampshire Ave S. Bloomington, MN 55438. Responsibilities

Administrative Sales Support: Assist with quote creation, customer proposal creation, presentations, and distribution to customers as needed. Manage the commercial CRM system by: Assign sales leads; Set up new users and train new Commercial Account Managers; Maintain retail referral program; Oversee distribution of leads; Contact CAMs to update lead status, report wins/losses for commission purposes; Assist CAMs with Certificates of Insurance (COI); Assist with supplier registrations and web portals; Coordinate lead generation for CAMs; Assist in scheduling appointments; Manage all lead generation systems; qualify and distribute warm leads to the sales team. Operational Support: Facilitate the steps through delivery of items being finalized; Provide oversight on submitted orders for accuracy of product, customer information, payment terms, etc.; Communicate ETAs, shipping updates, delivery timelines, and site readiness; Own communication between the customer, operations, sales, and installation; Manage unforeseen delays and site readiness issues and communicate to all necessary parties; Service coordination and management; Oversee all open service needs for the assigned sales team; Provide communication and coordination with the service team and third parties to achieve resolution; Establish continuous communication with the customer and sales as the process progresses to resolution; Own the process from issue identification through resolution with communication to all parties. Accounts Receivable (AR) Management: Coordinate open accounts receivable between sales, accounting, and the customer and update AR documents; Proactively contact the customer for payment status and collections as needed; Provide W9, COIs, invoices, etc. as needed to assist with swift payment. Tradeshow Support: Prepare tradeshow kits for new markets and replacements; Inventory giveaway products for tradeshows; Package swag kits to support shows and ship preshow; Follow up on trade show registrations clarifying needs with CAM and coordinating with operations and third parties; Oversee tradeshow booth assets for assigned market; Assess and evaluate effectiveness post-show with Commercial Account Managers; Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Education: High school degree or equivalent required; Additional training in administration, business or related courses is preferred. Experience: Previous administrative experience and/or background is required. Other Requirements: Basic working experience with Microsoft Office programs including Word and Outlook; Experience working with Adobe and/or other publishing software; Strong organizational skills; Must be punctual and reliable.
