Demonstrated success in inside sales, including customer engagement, outbound calling, and CRM utilization Consistently exceeds sales targets and performance metrics Technical or mechanical knowledge is a strong advantage Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls with a confident phone presence Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong active listening and customer relationship skills Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline 2–3 years of professional experience in sales or a related field; prior experience with commercial roofing or waterproofing products is a plus Responsibilities

Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas Generate new business through company-provided leads, CRM database outreach, CMD/Dodge project follow-ups, outbound sales calls, quote follow-ups, and email campaigns Log all daily sales activities accurately within the CRM system (HubSpot) Communicate unit pricing, delivery timelines, potential delays, and other relevant information to customers Drive revenue growth by proactively engaging with prospective commercial customers within the assigned territory Serve as a key liaison to resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions Conduct virtual AIA-accredited continuing education “lunch and learn” sessions as needed Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through project completion Continuously grow and maintain a database of prospects within the assigned region Participate in comprehensive product and sales training Deliver weekly virtual PowerPoint presentations (training provided) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are communicated and met throughout the sales process
