Role Summary / Purpose

As an Account Manager at Locke Solutions, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients who purchase our products. We believe in providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality products that meet our clients needs. You will work with a service-focused team to drive self-improvement, see obstacles as opportunities to innovate, and make things happen for the team. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with existing key clients and partners to understand their needs and requirements. Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing concerns and providing solutions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Locke Solutions precast products. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers, showcasing Locke's products and services. Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote Locke's products and network with potential clients. Maintain accurate sales funnel and update CRM entries and reports for forecasting target goals. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Provide technical expertise and support to clients throughout the sales process, including product selection and design. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets. Conduct site visits to provide technical assistance and support to customers. Successful Results / Expectations

Consistently meets or exceeds quarterly revenue goals as assigned by Sales Management. Maintains accurate and timely sales forecasts that support department and company financial objectives. Builds and sustains strong client relationships that drive retention, growth, and long-term value. Demonstrates Locke's core values in daily interactions with customers, peers, and leadership. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field; or relevant sales experience. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Willingness to travel to customer sites and attend industry events. Why Join Locke Solutions?
