
Marketing Coordinator (Construction)

The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution and coordination of Locke Solutions marketing initiatives across digital, sales support, events, and brand awareness efforts. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, this role plays a key part in developing content, managing campaigns, coordinating vendors, and supporting sales enablement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans by gathering and analyzing market data, customer behavior, and competitive insights. Support campaign planning to include objectives, timelines, deliverables, and promotional calendars.
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
Analyze and improve website SEO to maximize efficiency, search results, and visibility. Create and manage social media content and company blog posts. Design videos for the website, including animated sales tools and promotional content. Produce training videos, plant process videos, and customer referral content using video and other creative formats. Capture and produce drone footage to support marketing initiatives and brand storytelling.
Sales Enablement & Brand Support
Create marketing presentations, advertisements, and sales tools that align with brand standards and sales objectives. Collaborate with sales and internal teams to ensure marketing materials support business development efforts.
Events, Partnerships & Vendor Management
Oversee logistics for marketing and community events, including registrations, vendor coordination, itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral. Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective execution of marketing initiatives.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Prepare reports by gathering, evaluating, and summarizing marketing and sales data. Identify opportunities to enhance marketing processes, tools, and workflows.
Successful Results Brand Visibility: Improved digital presence and brand consistency across platforms. Sales Support: Timely delivery of effective marketing tools and campaigns that support sales objectives. Campaign Execution: Successful coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and events. Process Improvement: Increased efficiency and effectiveness of marketing workflows and vendor partnerships.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field required.
12 years of marketing experience.
Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
Solid understanding of digital, social, email, and content marketing best practices.
Creative mindset with a high level of imagination and visual storytelling ability.
Self-starter who can independently move projects forward, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
