reaching out to the firm with legal needs. This role is responsible for answering inbound calls and inquiries, qualifying potential clients, gathering key case details, and converting qualified leads into scheduled consultations with attorneys. This is a
high-impact, inbound-focused role
that directly supports firm revenue by ensuring no qualified leads are missed and every prospective client receives a professional, empathetic, and efficient intake experience. Key Responsibilities
Inbound Lead Management & Intake
Answer inbound phone calls, web inquiries, and form submissions from individuals seeking legal representation Conduct structured intake conversations to understand the client’s legal situation, urgency, and eligibility Ask thoughtful, compliant questions to gather required case details Accurately document all information in the firm’s CRM or case management system Qualification & Conversion
Assess whether inquiries meet firm criteria before scheduling consultations Clearly explain next steps, timelines, and expectations to prospective clients Schedule consultations for attorneys while maintaining a high conversion rate Follow up with prospective clients to confirm appointments and prevent drop-off Client Experience
Provide a calm, professional, and empathetic experience to individuals often calling under stress Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Ensure consistent messaging aligned with firm values and intake standards CRM & Administrative Accuracy
Maintain accurate, detailed notes and lead status updates Track call outcomes, appointment conversions, and follow-up activity Flag urgent or time-sensitive cases appropriately Success Metrics
Inbound call answer rate Qualified lead-to-consultation conversion rate Appointment show rate Follow-up completion and response time Accuracy and completeness of intake documentation Qualifications
Prior experience in inside sales, intake, call center sales, or customer-facing roles Experience in legal intake, healthcare intake, insurance, or service-based sales strongly preferred Strong verbal communication and active listening skills Ability to build trust quickly and handle sensitive conversations Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in CRM systems Ability to manage high call volume while maintaining quality Why Join Meade Law Group?
