Manage strategic account relationships with government and education clients to ensure long-term retention and growth Develop and implement creative benefit solutions in collaboration with clients and benefit consultants Coordinate internal resources to meet client employee benefit needs and ensure exceptional service delivery Engage with decision-makers in the public sector to build multi-level relationships Identify and pursue upsell or cross-sell opportunities within clients’ procurement guidelines Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred Must reside in Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach County Experience in account management, sales, underwriting, or related fields with significant client interaction State-required Life, Accident, and Health licensure or ability to obtain Strong organizational and negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications
Financial acumen to effectively manage and grow client accounts Excellent problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial drive Strong written and verbal communication abilities Experience engaging with community stakeholders on health and wellness topics Proven track record of managing productive meetings with diverse groups We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
