What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage and grow a defined client base through strategic account management
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients and benefit consultants to create tailored benefit solutions
Coordinate internal resources to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction
Engage with decision-makers in the public sector to enhance client relationships and service offerings
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities in alignment with client procurement guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Must reside in Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach County
State-required Life, Accident, and Health licensure or ability to obtain
Strong background in account management, sales, or customer service roles
Excellent negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience managing multi-level relationships within government or education sectors
Financial acumen to effectively manage and grow a book of business
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and engage in productive meetings
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for results
