We are seeking a high-performing sales professional to drive revenue growth within the U.S. clinical trial and comparator drug supplies market. This quota-carrying role focuses on new business acquisition, strategic account expansion, and building long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate brings deep pharmaceutical market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to close complex sales. Key Responsibilities

Drive net-new business and expand existing accounts across the U.S. Achieve or exceed annual sales and profitability targets. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using SAP CRM. Execute enterprise and land-and-expand sales strategies. Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Coordinate internal teams to support the full sales cycle. Monitor market trends, competition, and regulatory changes. Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions. Qualifications

5–12+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience (clinical trial supplies or comparator sourcing preferred). Strong knowledge of branded pharmaceuticals, distribution channels, pricing, and clinical trial sites. Proven track record of closing new business and managing complex sales cycles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills. Willingness to travel; self-motivated and results-driven. Master’s degree in Health Sciences, Marketing, Pharmaceuticals, or related field
