Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Compressed Air Sales Representative
to manage and grow an assigned territory through consultative, technical sales. This role focuses on selling
rotary screw air compressors
(oil-free and oil-flooded),
refrigerant and desiccant dryers , and related compressed air equipment and systems. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of
industrial sales experience , technical aptitude, and relationship-driven selling to deliver complete compressed air solutions and drive long-term customer growth. Location:
Tomball, TX 77375 Base salary:
$65,000 – $75,000 Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive new business and aftermarket sales Provide technical and engineering consultations to design complete compressed air systems Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through strategic territory planning Coordinate with internal teams to support service, parts, and account management needs Deliver product training and technical presentations to customers Support regional and corporate sales initiatives and promote new product offerings Maintain efficient territory coverage and maximize face-to-face selling time Provide regular sales activity updates, forecasts, and market feedback to management Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent 1–3 years of experience in compressed air, compressor, or industrial equipment sales Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain compressed air systems Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the territory Preferred Background
Experience selling rotary screw compressors, dryers, or ancillary compressed air equipment Industrial B2B sales experience with manufacturing or plant customers
