
We are seeking an experienced
Compressed Air Sales Representative
with
2–3 years of proven success in compressor sales . This role focuses on selling rotary screw compressors (oil-free and oil-flooded), refrigerant and desiccant dryers, and related ancillary equipment. You will manage an assigned territory, provide technical expertise, and drive new business growth through strategic sales execution. Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned
sales targets
within your territory. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to
grow aftermarket sales
and ensure loyalty. Provide
engineering consultations
and design complete compressed air systems. Collaborate with internal teams for account management, parts procurement, and service coordination. Deliver
product training
and conduct seminars for customers. Support regional and corporate account strategies and promote new product offerings. Maintain efficient territory coverage and maximize face-to-face selling time. Provide timely business updates and reports to management. Required
High school diploma or equivalent. 1–3 years of compressor or industrial sales experience. Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently.
