Citibank, N.A. seeks a Business Analytics Senior Analyst for its Miami, Florida location. Responsibilities
Support development of marketing strategies for deposit, small business, and mortgage products through channel testing program, customer segmentation, and performance assessment. Build analytical and segmentation tools to support the Retail Bank in driving profitable lending and deposit balances through multiple channels. Target applicability of the program across channels including owned sites, display, paid and natural search, affiliates, and social media. Perform numerical and quantitative analysis to demonstrate the effectiveness of testing programs and to design modules for tracking. Apply statistical methodologies and numerical methods across varied sources of external and internal data to conduct large, complex analysis. Participate in the implementation of analytical and statistical models in live operating environments within the organization. Analyze and interpret quantitative and financial data to estimate performance, conduct targeting strategies, and forecast economic valuation for internal customers and prospects. Perform in-depth validation and testing of programs to ensure adequacy, and reformulate tracking as necessary. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols. Qualifications
Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Financial Modeling, Mathematics, or related field and 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or related position involving data processing tool building to enhance business strategies and operational efficiency. Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in the stated fields and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience. Full span of experience must include: Analyze client behavior and develop customer insights using advanced analytical techniques; adopt tools and best practices to efficiently handle large volumes of data; apply statistical methods to organize, analyze and interpret data for model validations and data quality issues; utilize Python, PySpark, SAS, and other tools; develop and test hypotheses and build quality controls to ensure data integrity; customer value profiling using quantitative modeling; data visualization to derive and present insights; advanced analytics including forecasting and cluster analysis; customer lifecycle and profitability by developing models to predict revenue and forecast expenses; modeling financial spreads, scenario-based forecasting, and working with credit risk metrics including Allowance for Loan and Lease Losses, Loan Loss Reserves and Net Credit Losses.
