Account Manager ,
SMB , you will take ownership of customer inquiries and proactively seek new opportunities. You will be responsible for building relationships to drive growth, retention and adoption of the Engine product. In this role you will apply a consultative sales approach, focusing on discovering, analyzing, and solving your organization’s travel needs by leveraging the full scope of company products and services to deliver business solutions that drive customer value.
Your Mission
Drive monthly growth by upselling Engine across our existing customer base
Generate new business opportunities within account base to meet and exceed target quota
Present Engine's value position in the unmanaged travel space with expertise
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as business operations, member support, marketing, sales enablement, product development and production support to drive customer outcomes
Support expansion leads for existing accounts
Become a subject matter expert in the Engine platform & industry with extensive, accurate product knowledge
Consistently meet or exceed daily KPI requirements
What You'll Bring to Engine
1-2 years of experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or in B2B sales
Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit, takes initiative and adapts to changing demands. Brings a positive attitude and energy to work every day.
Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong or similar sales technologies highly preferred
Ability to drive a consultative sales approach to improve retention and capture additional opportunities within current customer base
Strong organization skills with a track record of retaining and expanding existing customer base
Experience in utilizing tech stack to identify trends in customer account usage
Strong business acumen to partner with our customers to drive solutions to their business problems
The expected on-target earnings (OTE) for this role is
$90,000 , which includes a combination of base salary and variable incentive components.

Compensation Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience, expertise, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
