Reporting Line: LA Market Manager Collaborates with: Internal: Team leaders and sales reps of the distributor and importer External: Customers: chefs, owners, restaurant managers, bar managers, etc. Key Responsibilities

Build long-term trading relationships with on and off premise accounts Set up and attend meetings at the distributor and client level Assist with the creation and execution of marketing events Work closely with our distributor partners to ensure delivery of product Staff trainings – educate waitstaff about the brands and how to sell them Set up sampling activities both on and off-premise on a regular schedule to maximize exposure and educate consumers on the brands Merchandise accounts, put up point-of-sale materials Participate in distributor presentations/trainings and sales team ride-alongs Host promotions Secure menu placement on drink menus Provide timely, accurate post-event reporting via an online reporting system Seek out and report new opportunities, competitive information, etc. Create and post social media content Requirements

Must be comfortable selling and cold calling accounts Ability to work 40+ hours per week Flexible schedule (available to work daytime, evenings, late hours, weekends and holidays). It is a fast-paced job This role may require last-minute support for events. Candidates should be adaptable and flexible Must be at least 21 years of age Professional appearance and demeanor Must own a car and have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, must pass background check Excellent communication skills Bilingual in Spanish and English Proficient in social media outlets (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Proficient in Microsoft Office Must not be involved with, working for, or representing any other beer, wine, or spirits brands To avoid conflicts of interest, candidates for this role must not be currently employed by, provide services to, or have direct business interests with clients or distributors of Estrella Damm This role requires that the candidate currently resides in Los Angeles County due to territory coverage and daily field visits. Only applicants living within LA County will be considered. Candidates located near West LA, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Downtown LA, or Long Beach are preferred. Experience & Education

Required: Bachelor’s degree (Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred). This is an entry-level role; no previous work experience is needed. Desired: Experience with premium products/services; Sales experience in a foodservice or beverage company
