Responsibilities
Direct sales of communication systems to U.S. Federal Government DOD accounts in the Eastern U.S. region Identify diverse customer needs and develop tailored solutions using the product portfolio Build strong relationships with customers and understand their business strategies Lead and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address key account needs Clearly articulate account-specific strategies and effectively communicate with stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of sales/public safety/military experience or 8+ years of relevant experience Technical background in RF communications and First Responder software applications is strongly desired Proven track record of closing major sales and excellent communication skills Familiarity with the proposal process and experience in proposal assembly preferred Working knowledge of Salesforce.com and the Google Productivity Suite is strongly desired
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in technical roles selling to or working for Department of Defense Services or Federal Law Enforcement Agencies Understanding of IP networking, Information Assurance, or Cyber Security Ability to help customers envision solutions, services, and applications Self-motivated problem solver with a collaborative mindset
