The selected candidate will handle tasks such as maintaining client accounts, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building client relationships. Responsibilities also include effectively communicating product and service offerings and managing sales and service requests to support business objectives. Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide an exceptional experience for clients and address their needs effectively. Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships. Experience in Account Management to manage client accounts and ensure accuracy of documentation and service delivery. Ability to work in a team environment and coordinate with colleagues to achieve goals. Prior experience in sales or insurance-related roles is a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent; further educational credentials are advantageous but not mandatory.
