Responsibilities
Identify, research, and prospect target accounts while fostering collaboration between marketing and sales
Capture, nurture, and qualify leads through both inbound and outbound efforts
Conduct omnichannel lead nurturing and qualification cadences, including cold calling
Manage tasks, leads, and all data within Salesforce and SalesLoft
Achieve quarterly and annual targets and pipeline quotas
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS, preferably within the Insurance or Finance tech sectors
Experience in digital transformation sales, assisting businesses in adapting
Strong passion for technology and technology sales
Excellent research and listening skills to identify prospects' needs
Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar) and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) platforms
Preferred Qualifications
An entrepreneurial approach to daily tasks
Resiliency in handling objections and maintaining persistence
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
