Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day maintenance duties across multiple commercial properties, including light construction and general handyman work.

Snow removal at certain locations as needed.

Landscape maintenance and upkeep.

Assist with tenant relations, ensuring tenant needs are met in accordance with lease agreements.

Oversee a variety of properties including raw land, commercial office, light industrial, and new construction sites.

Support a wide range of tasks—from setting up a conference room for meetings to repairing a toilet flapper, or driving a truck and trailer several hours to pick up business inventory.

Coordinate with outside vendors who manage much of the property maintenance while ensuring daily operational needs are addressed.

Qualifications

Independent, resourceful, and proactive attitude.

Comfortable and safety-conscious when working on construction sites, rooftops, or in mechanical rooms.

Experience in handyman work, construction, or property management.

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with tenant management systems.

Strong troubleshooting skills for common property issues (e.g., diagnosing a light outage before calling an electrician).

Dependable and punctual with varying work schedule.

Clear and professional communication skills.

Willingness to ask questions and seek clarification when needed.

Experience towing a trailer.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no excessive speeding or major infractions).

No personal tools or truck required.
